The design of this Italian table of the 70s presents construction solutions taken directly from the architectural carpentry manual. The thin wooden beams, in five parcels, fit into the center and then move to the sides, where they rotate 90 ° towards the floor. Halfway, a metal crossing connects them to each other, guaranteeing the solidity of the entire structure. The materials used are coded by color: black for wood and red for metal. The wooden parts are rectangular, the cylindrical metal ones and everything is completed by a often smoked glass with gently blunt corners. The result is a piece as rational as it is elegant.
