Extraordinary coffee table, model 2315 "Tiretti", was produced by Giorgio Tura for Tura in the 1980s and is documented in the company’s original catalogue.
The project perfectly represents the sculptural and luxurious approach that made Tura’s production famous, combining precious materials, monolithic volumes, and a strong scenic presence.
The table features a large rectangular top with rounded corners, made of natural parchment dyed in a deep tobacco tone, finished with the characteristic high-gloss thick lacquer that enhances the natural organic variations of the surface. The texture of the parchment creates an almost pictorial effect, with shades and chromatic movements that make each piece absolutely unique.
One of the most fascinating elements of the design is the system of four pull-out drawers, integrated laterally into the structure.
When closed, they are perfectly invisible and preserve the purity of the table’s line; once extracted, they reveal mirrored serving trays ideal for placing glasses, objects, or small cocktail elements.
