Designed in the late 1950s to mid-1960s, this chandelier exemplifies the refined modernism of Czechoslovak lighting during the celebrated Brussels Style era. Attributed to Josef Hůrka and produced by Napako, it captures the balance of sculptural form and functional clarity characteristic of his work. The fixture features six flared opaline glass shades mounted on a brass and metal structure, suspended from a central rod. The minimalist geometry and warm brass tones evoke mid-century sophistication while diffusing light with a soft, atmospheric glow. The piece remains in very good vintage condition, showing only minor patina consistent with age and full functionality.
