Elegant hand-painted work on glazed ceramic, depicting the "Madonna with Child and Saint John", inspired by the famous Renaissance painting attributed to Giovanni Antonio Sogliani (Florence, 1492–1544), a painter active in the circle of Andrea del Sarto.
The sacred subject, rich in emotional and spiritual intensity, is set in a wooden frame carved in Renaissance style, with fluted columns and Corinthian capitals, which enhances its solemnity and aesthetic value.
