Item description

A blown-glass figure by Jaroslav Brychta, produced in Czechoslovakia in the 1930s. Brychta is associated with the Železný Brod glass workshop and early-20th-century Bohemian glass figurines. The piece is hand-formed glass with a modeled female figure holding grapes; the surface and contours show the maker’s lampwork technique. The example is undamaged and in very good vintage condition.
