Entirely interlocking with wooden nails, no assembly with glues or metal nails, a typical technique of the time that enhances its value. For this reason in the backrest, between one axle and another, there are some cracks, completely normal and due to the construction technique
Inside, the cabinet has three shelves and two drawers. The boards are sturdy and thick but, over the centuries, the drawer shelf is lightly loaded: a small wooden pillar has therefore been placed to unload any weights, even if the shelf is solid and does not risk breaking. It's more of an aesthetic factor
