Description
Elegant set of 4 "Ealing" model chairs, designed by Giovanni Offredi for Saporiti Italia, one of the most representative Italian manufacturers of designer design between the 70s and 80s.
The Ealing model is characterized by an essential and architectural line, with a sled structure in satin chromed steel, solid and visually light, typical of Offredi's design language: rational, functional and highly contemporary.
The seats are covered in original Missoni fabric, with an iconic multicolored diagonal weave in warm tones of orange, red and pink. A fabric with great personality, symbol of the dialogue between design and fashion that made Made in Italy famous in those years.
Conditions
• Metallic structure: good general condition, with normal signs of aging consistent with age.
• Fabric: fair and well-worn condition; the covering requires professional washing/cleaning or can be redone, offering the opportunity for a conservative restoration or a contemporary reinterpretation.
