The cabinet recalls the lines of Louis XVI taste and features beautiful fishbone parqueterie work that converges into a central lozenge motif. Details and Features: Expandable: Equipped with 2 removable side pulls to greatly expand the work surface. Capacity: Features a central drawer and two side drawers. Aesthetics: Elegant slotted truncated legs give lightness to the structure. Condition of Preservation and Defects (See Photos): The desk is an authentic piece from the 1950s and, as such, has signs of time that testify to its originality. In particular, the upper part of the plan features: Whitish halos and spots: There are two obvious opaque halos (probably caused by past heat or moisture) affecting the surface polish in the middle and lower right quadrant. Signs of Use: Small surface scratches and light wear to the finish from normal use over time. Note: The cabinet is structurally sound. Aesthetic defects in the plane can be resolved by polishing or conservation restoration, or kept as such as a sign of authentic "lived-in."
