Elegant white porcelain vase in a pot-bellied hexagonal shape, with a flared neck and flat rim, on an unglazed flat hexagonal base. The piece is distinguished by the presence of two plastic handles in the shape of dragons (chilongs) applied to the sides of the neck, enameled in turquoise-green with gold details — a valuable decorative element that recalls the production of a Jingdezhen factory intended for home exhibition. The decoration is created in the tradition of the pink family (fencai), with polychrome enamels on a white background, and is divided into several superimposed registers. The main panel of the body houses a refined court scene with female figures —presumably palace ladies or goddesses— in traditional dress in pink, ochre and green hues, portrayed within a mixtilinear reserve of pink and turquoise volutes, with a lacquered architectural screen in the background. The composition recalls the typical iconographies of the Dream of the Red Chamber (Hongloumeng), the famous Chinese classic novel set among the women of the aristocracy. The secondary panel, visible in the photo at the back, features a scene with male figures in procession on a celadon green background within a similar reserve, with characters carrying umbrellas and offerings — a possible reference to scenes of imperial homage or ritual procession. The neck bears cartridge reserves with green and blue lake landscapes, while the external surface is dotted with floral elements — peonies, chrysanthemums, lotus and butterflies — lightly distributed on a white background. The basal band is decorated with stylised floral motifs in turquoise and pink on a light background. The unglazed background shows the typical reddish terracotta of the Jingdezhen factory, with no visible mark. Conservation status: good; slight signs of use consistent with the era.
