Pair of vintage travel trunks – Pullman years ’20–’30
Elegant pair of original vintage travel trunks, produced by the Pullman – Finísima Industria Argentina, Buenos Aires (Esmeralda 321) factory, dating back to between
late years ’20 and mid-years ’30.
The trunks feature a solid structure covered in honey-coloured oilcloth, with
original metal hardware, reinforced corners, leather closures, lusins and handles. The interior is completely original, with decorated fabric covering and
Cross textile belt on a removable wooden structure, typical of quality trunks intended for long journeys by train and ship.
Both specimens are in good condition, with a natural patina of age, wear consistent with age and without invasive interventions. Integral and dry interiors, an element that is increasingly rare to find.
Ideal both as collector's items and as decorative furnishings, perfect for classic, industrial or eclectic environments.
