Item description

Description: Ancient Neapolitan Empire toilet in mahogany feather with marble top belonging to the early 19th century. The front elevation is characterized by an octagonal mirror supported by cornucopia-shaped arms. The white statuary marble top rests on a band under the top where two drawers are incorporated. The octagonal base rests on cushion feet and is topped by an amphora surrounded by cornucopias. General Conditions: Restored by our master craftsmen with traditional shellac and handmade alcohol method. Provenance: Naples, early 19th century.
