An exceptional Murano vase designed and signed by Archimede Seguso.
Unlike other Seguso pieces that produced in the same period or later this one is signed by the master Archimede Seguso which makes it extremely rare. Seguso family produced similar designs while Archimede was still in life but he only signed the ones he made/handblown himself. There are a lot of similar designs that made throughout his lifetime or later but they are not all signed or signed simply 'Seguso Murano'. After his death lots of pieces weren't signed or simply signed 'Seguso Murano' referring to the family name factory.
The vase was produced in the 1980s, and very much symbolises the glitz and glamour or art deco era, it is decorated with its Seguso's characteristic bold shape and gold flakes with iridescent shines and bubbles. It has a very elegant art deco inspired shape.
It would look amazing in any interior, and its elegance would help elevate any room in the house.
