The front is symmetrically divided by two large main panels with geometric inlays and a briar decoration in the center that creates a distinctive visual accent. The lid opens to reveal a large and practical paper-lined storage compartment. Three majestic front feet, finely carved with baroque-style scrolls and curls, give stability and grandeur. Worthy of note is the majestic antique lock and key.
