Mid-20th century English body double. Georgian style furniture carved and veneered in walnut, mahogany, briar, oak and fruit wood. Lower body equipped with three spacious drawers in the lower part and three parallel drawers in the upper part (see photo) of good capacity. Flap which offers inside a good service desk top and numerous drawers, a door and several compartments for documents (see photo).
Upper body with two doors with recessed glass and two small extractable candle holder shelves. Interior complete with three support surfaces that can be positioned at adjustable height. Double body ideal for inclusion in a living room or study, with pleasant furnishings and excellent service, for antique dealers and interior designers. Complete with three working keys (upper doors, flap and internal door). Structurally sound and solid, furniture overall in good state of conservation.
