generous armrests and tufted buttons. Base in fine wood with organic sled manufacturing.
• The mechanics is the strong point of these armchairs, patented in the 1950s by the designer of Degli-Esposti Bologna, Reclining or Oscillation Mechanism: A metal lever protrudes on the internal right side of the frame. This manages the adjustment of the tilting backrest typical of Pizzetti relaxation armchairs. In practice, by pushing with your back the chair gradually reclines.
• The Radial System (Mechanical Springing): At the center of the seat frame a central hub is visible from which metal tie rods and springs arranged in a star pattern extend. This "Degli-Esposti" patent served to distribute the weight in a dynamic and uniform way, guaranteeing significantly superior springing compared to the classic elastic belts or Greek springs of the time.
• The armchairs show signs of use, but all their components are functional.
