Italian painting dated 1913. Oil on canvas, first canvas, depicting an interior scene in antique style "Entertainment at Court" of good pictorial quality. Painting that develops horizontally adorned with a beautifully decorated sculpted, gilded and lacquered imitation marble wooden frame (see photo). Painting signed and dated lower right F. Bonati 1913 (see photo) signature under study.
Elegant scene set inside a sumptuous hall with aristocratic characters in seventeenth-century clothes. Painting that has undergone some small conservative restoration work with patches on the back (see photo) and color recovery in some places. The canvas has several superficial color cracks due to age (see photo) which need to be restored for better enjoyment. Overall it is in fair condition. Painting light H 58 x W 92 cm.
