Circular tub or sink in sculpted marble dating back to the first decades of the 20th century.
A beautiful veined marble (probably Siena marble), characterized by shades ranging from ivory white to beige and golden brown. The outer edge is embellished with an elaborate sculptural relief with vegetal motifs reminiscent of acanthus leaves. Its design is inspired by classical Italian antiquity.
Its circular bowl-shaped structure with a flared base and thick walls lends itself to various uses in the home. It can be used as a decorative object, as a bathroom sink or as an elegant and functional container. Please note that it is not drilled, but you can drill a hole if you want to turn it into a sink.
It is in good condition with some wear along the edges (see detailed photos) consistent with its age. A sign is visible on the bottom, compatible with its previous location, probably on a pedestal.
