Stupendous ceramic vase. Modernist, created by the Italian ceramic studio "Bertoncello," celebrated for its innovative shapes and complex layered glazes. This vase, bright green enameled, with abstract dynamic shape. It does not have a signature, in excellent condition.

Manufactory: Bertoncello Ceramiche d'arte - Manufactory founded in 1956 in the town of Schiavon, just north of Vicenza, by the three ceramists Lini, Bertoncello and Pizzato. The best-known pieces were those designed by Roberto Rigon. The workshop became one of the most recognizable producers of mid-century-modern ceramics in Italy, known for its highly sculptural curved forms, which closed in 1999.
