Designed by Jindřich Halabala and produced by UP Závody in Brno during the 1930s, the H 54 flower stand exemplifies the designer’s signature balance between sculptural lightness and practical form. A leading figure of Czech functionalism, Halabala brought modernist clarity to everyday objects — and this vertical composition is a quiet yet striking example. with a round wooden base anchoring a rising frame of chrome-plated tubular steel, the piece supports four ascending circular display tiers. Each tier offers a minimalist platform for flowers, plants, or sculptural objects — arranged like notes in a visual melody. Its clean lines and simple geometry allow it to integrate seamlessly into both historical and contemporary interiors.
