A large four-door teak sideboard from the Itaca series, manufactured by Saima of Pavia, Italy. The cabinet features adjustable shelving behind three doors, while the fourth door (on the far left) features a storage section and three drawers, one for cutlery. A characteristic of Saima cabinets was the option of having double-sided door panels, depending on preference: one side featuring green bouclé fabric, typical of the era, and the other featuring a teak wood finish. Currently, the cabinet alternates fabric and wood, but the panels can be rotated as desired. Excellent vintage condition, with no cracks or missing parts. Also ideal as a room divider, as the back is beautifully finished.
