Item description

Set of 11 teacups with the iconic "Zwiebelmuster" onion decoration, traditionally handcrafted in underglaze cobalt blue on glossy white porcelain. The floral elements hold symbolic meanings rooted in Eastern culture, such as the pomegranate, a symbol of fertility and abundance, or the bamboo, a symbol of longevity. Gold trim. Manufacturer's mark under the base.
