Item description

Set of 10 plates with the iconic "Zwiebelmuster" onion decoration, traditionally handcrafted in underglaze cobalt blue on glossy white porcelain. The floral elements hold symbolic meanings rooted in Eastern culture, such as the pomegranate, a symbol of fertility and abundance, or the bamboo, a symbol of longevity. Openwork rim, gold trim. Manufacturer's mark inside the bamboo branch and under the base.
