Japanese ivory and tortoiseshell travel cutlery, 18th century

Set consisting of knife and chopsticks made of Japanese ivory circa 18th century. The knife handle and scabbard of both items are covered in tortoise shell. The knife and chopsticks are compactly lined inside the case as well as for the ivory toothpick and there are two brass bindings with a suspension ring surrounding the top half of the case.
