A sleek and functional tubular chrome coffee table with a smoked glass top - designed by renowned furniture maker and post-modern visionary Rodney Kinsman for OMK. The organic curved corners of the piping gives a gentle elegance, and the square smoked glass a stylish finish. Rodney Kinsman graduated from the Central School of Art and Design and founded OMK in 1965. Perhaps best known for his mass-produced modular designs for transport hubs (the “Transit” system for Gatwick Airport, and the “Trax” system for British Rail), Kinsman’s works are design classics, and sure to be a hit in any interior. Overall good condition, but the glass has some chips in the sides. Wear consistent with age and use. Some minor chips in the smoked glass, as you can see in the photos. But overall good condition.
