A splendid example of early Hollywood Regency design, this brass ram's head table - dating from the late 1960s/early 1970s - would bring a touch of American glamour to any interior. Atop a three-pronged black oak base sit three brass moulded rams in rich golden brown tones. A central black brass column completes the base of the table. The elegant curve of the heads together support a circular dish of elegant brown smoked glass - perfect for coffee table books, vases or any ornament. The ram's heads were made by filling two half moulds with brass, then combining them together. Because of this, the natural patina differs on each half - one half of the head is more patinated than the other, giving this coffee table a truly unique finish. Brass, oak, glass. Wear consistent with age and use. The base has some general wear - as it was made from brass moulds, one half of each ram is more patinated than the other.
