Item description
Secrétaire Carlo X supported by feet, of which the front ones are whirligig, on the front has two doors that hide a safe, a flap door and a drawer under the top shaped with the typical throat; the 45 ° uprights are finished with carvings of plant motifs and herms, mahogany, to support the band under the top. On the front the opening door is helped by a mechanism of return to the espagnolette; inside there is an architectural scarabattolo with compartments, drawers and secrets. Veneered on the whole surface in bespectacled maple, has fillets and inlays of Charles X taste in mahogany, even inside the scarab; cherry wood interior; shaped top in white marble.
