Rosewood sideboard with mirror by Osvaldo Borsani, 1950s

Rosewood sideboard with mirror by Osvaldo Borsani, 1950s 1368674

Item description

Imposing sideboard and/or buffet with mirror designed by Osvaldo Borsani in the 1950s. Its structure is made of rosewood, characterised by a unique shape design, given by its sinuous front profile equipped with three flap doors. Very refined is the central one, finished with details of vertical grooves in ebonized wood. The doors conceal three internal compartments, finished in glossy lacquered yellow maple, each with a shelf. This sideboard is ready to use, its vintage condition is very good as shown in the pictures, with slight signs of wear consistent with age and gentle use. We can handle worldwide shipping, packing the sideboard with a custom wooden crate. It will be shipped from Italy and, according to current legislation, any object created within and/or over 70 years of age by an artist, designer or manufacturer requires an export permit endorsed by the Italian Sovrintendenza alle Belle Arti, as well as, for all objects made of rosewood and sold outside EU countries, a regular export with an international CITES certificate. Both documents are free of charge and we will obtain them for you.
