Item description

Gilded bronze and ground glass chandelier. The structure in the form of an open scroll develops through 12 sliding arms with fluted bell-shaped candleholders and corolla-shaped bobeches above openwork acanthus jets, interspersed with 4 urn-shaped amethyst finials. The frame is centred by an urn-shaped column with pinnacle finial. Entirely decorated with transparent, amber and amethyst coloured glass pendants, including a faceted sphere pendant. Attributable to Baccarat production.
