Item description

Small Lombard canter made of solid walnut. It has shaped bracket feet, 45° uprights, three drawers, wooden top. Pulling out the first drawer leads to a small secret compartment at the bottom of the back (see photo). Wooden knobs. Locks present (not original) without key. Interior of the drawers and back in spruce / poplar. Period nailing. Has undergone restoration over the years. Treated woodworm holes present, conservative restoration to be expected.
