Wonderful chaise lounge designed by Toshiyuki Kita for the prestigious Italian manufacturer Cassina Italia in the 1980s. Extraordinary design by Japanese designer Toshiyuki Kita. The chaise lounge can be converted from an armchair to a lounge chair, thanks to the metal mechanism. The special feature is its adorable foldable Mickey Mouse ears. The chaise lounge is made of a tubular steel frame and a very elegant white velvet-like upholstery. When opened, you can enjoy a relaxing seat that envelops you and attracts you. It was exhibited at the MoMA in New York and has attracted the attention of many museums, such as the Vitra Design Museum. Toshiyuki Kita's chaise lounge is suitable for furnishing elegant rooms, even on its own it creates atmosphere and is great for being a unique design piece.
