An important rounded display case with soft, rounded shapes, panelled in parchment and maple with an open compartment in the base, raised off the ground with an interlacing of cornucopias and gilded cherubs with curved side glass and original interior shelves.
Top made of coloured glass. The key is also original, round in shape and made of brass.
The glass shelves are supported by brass shelf brackets and the back is covered in sugar paper coloured glass.
The base underneath is veneered in briarwood.
The cabinet was made by the Associazione Artigiani Canturini del Mobile firm, as shown by the label on the door.
