Corner sofa in wood and silk satin designed in the 40s and of fine italian manufacture. The sofa is supported by a wonderfully elegant and resistant dark wood structure with 2 wider feet that support the backrest and 3 thin herringbone feet also in dark wood. The seat is simple and angular and is upholstered in green silk satin with a dark green and light green striped pattern. Under the seat there is a band decorated with fringes, also in a very light green shade. The highlight of the piece is the backrest, which is reminiscent of a royal sofa. In fact, the backrest on the sides is lower and curved and following an imaginary S rises upwards, narrowing towards the center, emphasizing the central corner, giving the appearance of a throne. The highest part of the back features two very elegant curled decorative elements.
