Set no. 8 chairs in Louis XVI style, two of which have armrests with small padding. In these chairs one can immediately appreciate the richness of the friezes and inlays on the entire structure. The upholstery was skilfully crafted directly on the stem, using elastic straps in the seat. The fabric has defects from time. The finish on the wood is a cream-cream colour with an 'antiquing' made with darker patinas skilfully applied in different gradations, The chair set was purchased in 1982 at antiquariato Ferrari in Rome. Used until 2003 as part of dining room furniture and then with a change of residence kept in storage until today. It is certainly an ideal set of chairs for a dining room but also in an office meeting room. The upholstery is to be changed as well as some small parts of the wooden frame to be restored.
