Pair of Austrian-made Jacob & Josef Kohn (Thonet era) chairs from the 1920s-1930s, dyed black with distinctive and elegant Empire-style decoration on the side arms. Note also the high-quality floral-themed fabric upholstery. The last photo, the Kohn brand, was taken under the seat of an armchair belonging to the same living room (sofa, two chairs and two armchairs are for sale).
