Scandinavian teak Ergo cabinet featuring a 3-bay modular shelving system designed by John Texmon and Einar Blindheim for Blindheim Mobelfabrikk and made in Norway in the 1960s. The slightly curved edges give a warm impression and the sculptural rails create an elegant and grand image. This shelving system includes: two cabinet compartments with sliding doors H: 42 cm / W: 79 cm / D: 37 cm 42/78.5/37, one chest of drawers with 3 drawers H: 42 cm / W: 79 cm / D: 37 cm, inside height of drawers 10 cm, one cabinet with glass doors H: 43 cm / W: 79 cm / D: 22 cm, one cabinet with open bookcase on the top H: 43/ W: 78.5/ D: 22 cm, four shelves 21 cm deep, one flanged shelf 21 cm deep and 14 cm high, four teak rail legs 203 cm high, brass hardware. The wall cabinet is in excellent vintage condition with slight traces of use. It has been cleaned and inspected. It is not necessary but recommended to mount the wall unit on the wall.
