Floral sofa designed in the 1950s and attributed to the craftsmanship of Paolo Buffa, of fine Italian manufacture. The sofa has a very elegant dark precious wood base, the supporting legs are four-pronged and very sinuous. They rise on the armrests, assuming a very soft curve that seems to echo that of a very gentle and sinuous tree branch. The seat is low and very comfortable, entirely upholstered in original floral fabric. The backrest is very high to give a unique comfort to the sitter. This sofa is perfect in vintage living rooms. Wear consistent with age and use. The sofa is in good original condition with minor scratches.
