A splendid and very rare Japanese tapestry made of woven silk and cotton, of absolute fineness. The tapestry unfolds in length and width. It has a rectangular shape, embellished with a frame sewn with a zigzag weave, in shades of brown and gold. A landscape is clearly visible in the centre. One can see a small river flowing under a bridge and the landscape is enlivened by a lot of grass and trees. In the background we can see a typical Japanese house with a blue roof, topped by other houses. Something very rare. The tapestry is suitable for very important rooms. It is supported by a wooden batten at the back.
