Item description

Pair of armchairs and pair of ottomans from the Art Deco period in northern Italy, in walnut and ivory velvet. The backs of the armchairs are gracefully curved and extend to accentuate the curvature of the sloping armrests. Recently upholstered and restored with shellac polish. A unique, timeless and elegant hand-made set. Northern Italy, circa 1920. Dimensions of armchair H 82 x W 70 x D 80 x D 38 cm. Ottoman dimensions H 28 x W 40 x D 40 cm.
