Leather Face of Africa hanging armchair. This armchair was designed in collaboration with Tsepo Makate, a South African artist and illustrator, who created the beautiful image visible on the leather. Deprived of all excess, this hanging armchair has a circular structure with the leather flap hanging inside, very elegant and comfortable. The clean lines and lightness of this armchair make it perfect for any space. Each design is etched into the thick leather leaving an exposed, undyed groove. Each armchair is carefully handmade by our artisans. The beauty of leather is that each piece has natural marks and characteristics, which means that each piece is unique, with its own personality; therefore, there may be slight variations in color. With time and use, the leather changes, develops its own character and creates an original patina; it ends up telling a story.
Hanging mechanisms are supplied in standard lengths, ready for installation. Contact the salesperson for color options and for information on suspension mechanisms and supports. It disassembles and splits in half for flat packing, great for saving on transportation. Maximum capacity: 120 kg. Powder-coated, rust-treated steel frame.
