Wall light by Albano Poli for Poliarte, 1970s. Structure with rectangular chromed metal rods and Murano glass cubes mounted on aluminum plates. Voltage: 220-240v. In the early 1960s Poli created the Poliarte brand and reinvented interior lighting. His lamps are real works of art, for which glass, chromed iron, wrought iron and cast iron are used. They are objects that made the history of Italian design in the 1960s and 1970s, as evidenced by the prizes and awards obtained in that period: in 1968 Poli received, in fact, the prize for the works lent to the Decorative Arts Section of the 34th Biennale of Venice; in 1970 instead the first prize in the Progress sector for the competition "Tradition, adaptation and progress of the artisan product".
