Crank piano in lacquered and painted wood, attributable to the Piedmontese production Ottina and Pellandi, Novara late 19th - early 20th century. The decorations and colours suggest that it was intended for public places in Sicily, where dance parties, theatre and film shows were held in this period. The Ottina and Pellandi company was active in Novara in the late 19th and early 20th century. Untested mechanism.
