French Empire cylinder bedside table in mahogany feather with a black Belgian marble top. The marble top rests on a cylindrical shaft with a door in the centre that opens via a wooden knob. Internally there are two shelves, one of which is made of wood and the other of marble that divides the space into three parts. This type of object is often used as a wine rack. Restored by our master craftsmen using the traditional handmade shellac and alcohol method. Provenance France, 19th century. Diameter 38 cm, height 76 cm. Certificate of Authenticity.
