Item description
Pouf Palmaria 709 was designed by Vico Magistretti for Cassina in 1980 as a complement to the sofa of the same name. Solid seat structure that is completed with a soft square-shaped cushion covered in a prestigious woven fabric in shades of dove grey and sage green secured to the structure with terminal Velcro. The cover is removable and is made of fabric on both the visible and hidden sides. It is finished with a double grosgrain trim in matching tones on all four sides. The structure of the seat is supported by a second metal frame serving a lever that allows the height to be adjusted. The base, round in shape tapering to the central stem, is made of dark anthracite-coloured cast iron; its weight definitively stabilises the pouf, preventing it from unbalancing and/or tipping over. Excellent condition with no marks or defects.
