Men's wristwatch from the 1970s. Bulova Accutron - with tuning fork and battery. Fully functional. Bulova's most famous watch is the Accutron, first introduced in 1960. The special feature of this model was that the energy was obtained by means of a battery and the movement was driven by the vibrations of a tuning fork. This is in contrast to quartz watches in which the movement is driven by the vibrations of a crystal.
