Art Nouveau glass and bronze table lamp by Le Verre Français, early 20th century. Formed by a bronze sculpture depicting a girl as a base and an acid-etched glass paste lampshade in warm tones. The lampshade is acid etched with the signature "Le Verre Français", while the base has the signature "Le Lumiers de Nancy". Le Verre Français is a glassworks founded by Charles Schneider, a master glassmaker who was a pupil of Daum in Nancy. In the 1920s-30s it was the largest artistic glassworks in Europe. The lamp is in mint condition with no defects.
