Splendid white and brown Murano glass chandelier designed and made in Venice in the 1970s by Mazzega. It is functioning and in perfect condition, it comes from an important Italian lighting shop that is being discontinued and has never been used in a private home. Renowned for its quality and craftsmanship, Murano glass is the raw material. The glass leaves are individually hand blown and shaped by skilled craftsmen. The combination of white and brown tones was popular in the 1970s and helps create a warm, earthy aesthetic. The chandelier features a leaf motif, with individual glass elements made to resemble leaves. These are arranged in a cascade pattern, creating an organic and visually dynamic effect. The glass leaves are attached to a chromed metal frame, providing structural support and contributing to the overall design. The chandelier exudes a sense of elegance and timelessness, combining the organic beauty of nature-inspired elements with the elegant and sophisticated design ethos of mid-century modern style.
