The Flowerpot is one of the projects that made Verner Panton a central figure in twentieth-century design. Designed in 1968, it is distinguished by a construction as simple as it is effective: two superimposed hemispheres that shield the light source and scatter a soft light, giving shape to an object that has become an icon of Danish design. The VP1 version is designed for domestic environments and contract spaces, where its compact dimensions allow it to be used above a dining table, a kitchen island or in series along a counter. The light is distributed evenly and glare-free, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere without sacrificing lighting quality. Produced by &Tradition, this version faithfully reproduces Panton's original design, keeping its graphic and experimental character intact.
