Pair of plates by Ceramica Buscaroli Bologna, 1920s. Persian palmette decorations with various types of variations on the circumference of the plate. In the center we find two different drawings of boats or caravels. In the upper part there are various elements painted with a predominance of yellow color. On the back of the plate there is the signature of the Buscaroli Bologna manufactory. The Buscaroli ceramics and the Minghetti factory represent the excellence of 20th century Bolognese artistic ceramics. The company also produces artistic stained glass windows. In 1931 it was taken over by Domenico Emiliani from Faenza who kept it active until 1934.
