Pair of FK 6725 Bird armchairs by Kastholm & Fabricius for Kill International, 1960s. This pair of elegant high-back armchairs is in very good condition. The dove-grey leather shows almost no signs of wear and has a charming patina on the armrests. Typical three-legged structures show signs of wear consistent with age. The armchairs swivel and rotate smoothly. These armchairs can be used as office chairs or dining room chairs. This Kill version is the older original one designed by Kastholm & Fabricius for Alfred Kill International. These armchairs continued to be produced by Knoll in a later version. The designer duo Jorgen Kastholm & Preben Fabricius designed these armchairs in the style of functional and aesthetic Scandinavian design in the 1960s and created an absolute design icon. Seat depth: 41 cm. Height at the armrests: 67 cm.
