Pair of upholstered armchairs model Sixty with sled legs in chrome-plated steel wire, with hard plastic protective tips. The work of the great designer Jeffrey Bernett, produced by B&B Italia. Creator also of the Cosmos and Metrolpolitan series. Excellent condition, minimal signs of use. The series is a reappraisal in reduced and simplified form of the célèbre Tulip model. The Sixty version is smaller than the original large model, but still very comfortable and well padded with cold-foamed polyurethane. The one-piece shell is supported, as written before, by a solid polished chrome-plated steel rod base. The outer upholstery is made of a soft Maxalto textured herringbone fabric with four-colour continuous yarns in contrasting colours of grey and black. GM4. Measurements W 60 x D 56 x H 72 cm, seat height 45-46 cm. The single seat model was listed at 1650 euro. Six Sixty available.
